Heard from a reliable (no I will not say who) source that the QB from Purdue is very good and could start next year. Let's hope so.

I believe he was a top 10 qb of his style coming out of High School

So he very well could be good

Etling is here for depth reasons only and by god if he ever has to start we're in deep shite.

This fanbase turning on Brandon Harris after calling him one of the better QBs in the SEC just a few days ago is hilarious.

Does he play on the O-line?
But the double secret source is never wrong is it?

Probably the worst troll of the weekend.

That sounds like bullshite, but everyone stroking Harris off can sit the frick down. He has power and his deep ball is decent (though nothing special), but if you put a rope out 15 yards into the Gulf of Mexico, stood him on the beach and instructed him to just make sure the ball landed inside the rope--he wouldn't be able to hit the water.

ETA: Less downvoting, more working on the short routes, young Mr. Harris. TIA.

He's had decent games, but the guys who wre calling him the best this and the best that can lock it up. Bama's pass protection isn't even elite--nowhere close to it really. He's just inaccurate.

I guess folks would really start crying if I asked them to compare JJ's true sophomore season to Harris'. And JJ didn't have an elite runner or even a decent line (this line was supposed to be elite).

It's not even Brandon's fault. They recruit these spread QBs then stick them in a 1970s offense. It's a bad fit from the start, and frankly an antiquated offense at this point.
