The players are not bought in.

I could tell from before the opening kickoff.
The way the players were standing around sifting listlessly in the opening kickoff formation told me all I needed to know. They had slumped shoulders. They weren’t standing up confidently. They looked mopey.
I’m not particularly disappointed in the outcome tonight, because I knew we’d lose when I saw that.
How do I know? I’ve seen the same body language from Saints players this season right before Dennis Allen was fired.
LSU is in trouble.

They definitely are not bought in. Our quarterback looks like he’s playing for every other team other than LSU. Last week, he looked like he was playing for Alabama! He was making throws where I think a high school quarterback would not have made a throw. Simple plays he could make at the beginning of the season, he blows them up now. What the hell is going on in the locker room and on the practice field?

I can’t believe Kelly built this trash. I never expected him to be this lost. The skill positions are so depleted. Where are our bayou ballers?
