I imagine the facetiousness of this post will be lost on a large amount of posters

The Orgeron Coaching Tree
Everything he taught them could fill a book...

Okay it would have to be a small book...

With really big print...

And lots of pictures...

Maybe a children's book...

A binder maybe..

Very impressive coaching tree! I'm sure all these esteemed coaches are incredibly thankful for Ed's mentorship and the doors it will open for them!

He did not develop these coaches. He had the good fortune of having them on his staff. There is no evidence he developed any of them.

Whose coaching tree is Frank Wilson on? O or Les?

(Larry Porter is all you, Leslie)

Lost in the hate and unbridled vitriol against coach O is the incredible record he has for developing highly successful coaches. I'll just name a few who learned under the watchful eye and stern direction of coach O:

Joe Brady, NFL OC
Russ Calloway, NFL OC
Matt Canada, NFL OC
Dave Aranda, HC Baylor
Bo Pellini, assistant director at Youngstown YMCA

Hugh Freeze was on his staff at Ole Miss lol.
I think O’s value to other coaches is that they learn what not to do lol

This thread is fricking stoopid! There is no way the YMCA would hire Pelini!

O was under Aranda when he got here. How the hell is Aranada a part of *his* coaching tree?

Um no- all those guys could coach before they got here! Brady learned under Sean Payton. Canada was all over the place and is currently screwing up
The Steelers, Aranda taught O how
To coach, Bo pelini won a natty here as DC under miles then totally forgot how to coach. Not one of those guys got better working for O
