like Mett, Etling was coached by someone else and not groomed by Miles and Cam. He can likely come in and be what is needed to compliment LF, but I seriously doubt we'll ever get to witness that.

You put Etling in and you create another JJ/JL situation

Joe Montana in his prime could not save this offense. The failure rate has zero to do with the players. It's coaching and play calling.

So much talent all over the field. And the inept coaches that can't coach.

So what you saw last night out of BH was indicative of a 3 year player in a system that is designed to run the ball? I am sorry but this is horseshite. Not knocking the guy, but he's not capable of whatever complex offensive scheme we are trying to run. The only reason Mett survived was because he was a good passer.

My question to everyone is, what do you stand to lose by bringing in Eitling? We are starting BH because of his dual threat potential, but how many times did he run last night? 0. He dropped back way to far and held on to the ball for way to long. Rookie mistakes... for a not rookie.

LSU could have the best quarterback in college football, and he would limited to what he could do because of play-calling and the style of offense. LSU has the talent to play with anybody but not the coaching and Player Development needed on the offensive side of the ball
