I graduated from LSU and moved to Dallas. Lived there for 8 years. Thought it was great for the first 5. Then.. got tired of the constant turnstill of people moving in and moving out. Horrible traffic. Everyone obsessed with money and material possessions. Cookie cutter houses all looking the same. Wind is either blowing from the north and it’s cold or blowing from the south and it’s hot as hell.
Moved back to Louisiana, met my wife, moved into a wonderful neighborhood, raised my family, both kids graduated from LSU, and couldn’t be happier.
