it seems to me that when preparing to start the season, you can prepare yourself for a lot of things,im talking about game week prep week . it seems like the quarterback running on plays that arent designed to be quarterback runs are a nightmare in week 1
has anyone else noticed this?

does clemsons quarterback have the ability to hurt you with his legs?
the other thing that I remember gashing teams in the first drive of the year is screens . does anyone else remember us gashing or being gashed by screens early week 1?

just wanted to discuss what yall think is hard to prepare for and what has hurt us in the past in week 1

Seems like he’s a bit of a dual threat type of guy but he’s barely played in college so it’s a bit of an unknown how good he is.

I like our chances against a first time starter in Death Valley on a Saturday night.

ETA god it’s so much more fun that we open up a big game at home rather than a shite neutral site

It’s hard to decide what food to prepare for the game. Definitely something on the smoker, cause it’s too hot to heat up the house. About the game, I think (I hope) we see a team who’s coaching staff has actually prepared instead of mailing it in. I anticipate mistakes and some penalties because of first game jitters. But this year hopefully we see a fired up kids along with coaching that has prepared and has alternate plays and look to replace that which doesn’t work. I believe in my heart we finally have a staff that will do that. Go tigers

I just feel like sam will score on the first drive because he will use his legs and clemson will be playing coverage.

for those that haven't watched much of sam, you will be surprised by how much agility he has, hes quick twitch.
