You're an idiot. Mett wasn't a heisman QB by any means but he was a legit QB that was plagued with drops and oline injuries.

I swear its like some of you frickers know absolutely nothing about football.

When will LSU fans stop making excuses for shitty play?

Why does Texas A&M have an injury free O line and receivers who can catch while LSU does not?

When will LSU fans quit being so fast to eat their own?

Is it not true that Mett had a lot of passes dropped and the offensive line had a lot of injuries? Mett had plenty of things he should've done better, but it wasn't all on him.

What does that have to do with mett?
Nice deflection. Injuries are injuries. They aren't an excuse. The proof is literally clear as the medical reports and missed games.

Drops are a problem. I expect that they've focused a lot on WR fundamentals and If they can't get it right, hopefully they'll let the younger guys get a shot....

But back to my question, what does OL injuries and poor WR play have to do with mett's performance? Don't deflect, don't crawfish. Just shut the frick up and tuck your tail. You don't know shite about football but you're constantly in here talking shite like a kid who is pissed that his team lost.

Mett did well for a first year SEC QB. Yeah he could have been better, but to way he's terrible is just asinine. Cameron will have him polished come August 31.

Maybe LSU should get a new strength and conditioning coach. Injuries happen in football but why should LSU have way more than other teams in the same league?

Childers is an idiot! Loves bama. No one wants to admit they have had an unfair advantage with the schedules and bama refs.

Wrong. You refer to Braden Gall who has a crush on Saban and is a true Bama homer.

Childers actually gives LSU props on many occasions. While he thinks Bama goes 14-0 he has also said not to count LSU out.

I take more stock in what a current or recent SEC coach says than, say, Kirk Herbstreit or Lou Holtz or any of the other retarded analysts on ESPN. But we will know for ourselves soon.

Ummm Lou holtz is a recent sec coach last time I checked

Did Houston Nutt watch the same games last year that I did?

Mett was by no means a great QB but he had moments that showed he could be very good. That is what Nutt said; not that he was a Heisman candidate or would lead the nation in passing.

Mett was worse than terrible last year

Please define that because there are many other QBs that had worse stats than Mett did. I'll blame Mett for overthrows and holding onto the ball but I'll also blame the receivers for dropping them on numerous occasions.

I guess he's just trying to be nice

Not at all. He was just stating things as he saw them.

The whole point of my topic was how when asked to pick a team that could challenge Bama he immediately went SEC and LSU.

What does it mean? It means we've discussed it here for a while and that is about all.

Only reason I deflected to o line and dropped balls is bc dangling fury blamed Mett's shitty stats on that

Real question: Why do you constantly disagree with everyone? What sort of cheap little giggles to you get out of it?

Is your life so bankrupt you have to resort to making waves on an internet message board just to boost your self esteem?
