Miami has multiple National Titles and is sitting in an area which is a football factory.

Miami also has no athletic facilities worth a damn and no fan base worth boasting of.

Their ship has sailed. It was called Titanic.

miami isnt in the hood. Not any more so than usc, lsu or fsu.

Not to mention they have more athletes in their city than the whole state of LA.

Anyways I just dont think anyone i would want over Les is available rt now. I know a lot of that can change but we arent going to get anyone with a proven track record. Especially when 2011 favors us heavily with the bcs game being in Nola and we already have a coach that can take us there.

If Les leaves LSU then it's because he wants to. You and the Miles supporters will have to move on or stop being a fan. LSU is bigger than Les Miles. Look at the landscape of college football. Where is the talent? It's all in the souther part of the US. Les will regret it if he leaves LSU. Michigan as a job ain't what it used to be. Certainly LSU is a better job.
LSU IS ELITE NOW
Elite programs don't have offenses ranked in the 100s TWO YEARS in a row. Elite programs have a developed QB running the offense. Elite programs don't play games like we did against Tenn. & Ole Miss this year. We are better than a lot of teams, but are not "elite" in any sense.

Look at what Harbaugh has done at Stanford and tell me again how LSU cannot do any better than it has now.

at this thread..... at people saying LSU is not elite... Compare our accomplishments since 2000 against any other school and we match up....

Good lord, you folks need to fade away. You are way worse than the negatigers ever hope to be. There are more threads bashing the fanbase than any other threads bashing the coaching staff.
