I get that these guys are wrong sometimes but there is a very real chance that we will have to turn away a difference making player because O didn’t realize that the kicker was going to count against the 25.
He get 3.5 million to not coach defense, not coach offense and now he can’t even check with the compliance department before handing out a very critical scholarship?
In all honesty man- wouldn’t it make soooo much more sense to tell that kid to announce his decision to transfer on February 4th? He wouldn’t miss spring practice, you could sign an extra badass player and your going to lose at least 1 kid to transfer or the draft.
He could have easily avoided this with a little planning and he didn’t.

I am cool with turning away Kelvin Joseph for a reliable kicker. We are at least 3-deep with HS all-Americans at safety.
