Do you really believe that anybody who thinks that capitalism should be unchecked and ungoverned is a "raging socialist liberal?" Dude, you need your fricking head examined and need to be checked for paranoid schizophrenia.

No, but i thought I would add to the ranter rehtoric being thrown out. However most college professors are very left and have been since I was in school way back in the 80s.

Not that I'm doubting your experiences but maybe the field of study has an influence in politics. I've known many profs in the science field who came to politics from the right side of the aisle.

I would bet that overalll the profs in the business fields constitute a majority percent of conservatives.

...and the auto mechanics professor down at my local JuCo curses Obama up one side and down the other...

If you are talking about Liberal Arts professors then I would agree with you that they probably have a bias to the left.

The thing that you have to remember is that there is a lower percentage of older white males as profs than is present overall in the general population...thus a lower percentage of conservatives as professors.

Oh, grow a set, you trifling idiot.

Why don't you highjack this thread and turn it into a Jarret Lee tribute thread.

Haven't seen one of those in while... Need a laugh.

Engineering background, most of the egnineering Profs were right, but had two from up north huge union guys and let you know about it. Almost every english and history prof was way left and let you know it and of course hate atheletics.

TM is certainly entitled to his opinion, and to express it as he pleases. However, I rather doubt he's traveled anywhere else in the world to be able to make a valid comparision.I'm sure he knows so much bout the world out there. And as for his intellectual capabilities to rationalize his opinions, I think his dumb & stupid & selfish actions speak to the level of his intelligence. That his actions hurt himself, I could care less about. What bothers me is that his actions seriously hurt the team & his teammates last season.

Again, the Patriots are a class act. He is NOT!

So by going there and tweeting bad things about a city that was attacked by a group of insane people is just a guarantee that the Patriots will not draft you!

Can you imagine sitting in a job interview and telling the CEO how shitty his choice of cities to do business in was?

TM7 is simply a moron for speaking about things. He was a great player when around and I cheered for him loudly. He since has been nothing short of a train wreck. And worse things come out every day.

Please God don't let the Saints draft this clown.

No, actually, it's him saying America is a cruel place. There is a very real and very huge difference, whether he intended it or not.

I'm still a fan of Tyrann, and I totally understand frustration at tragic violence like this, but I wish he had chosen to express himself differently.

And, definitely, pray for Boston and the victims.

Much more true in the Mathematics, engineering, computer science and hard sciences curricula. Not really true in the so-called "liberal arts". English, literature and foreign language classes tend to be at least a little contaminated, and the "social sciences" are awash (especially poli sci and history).

Oh, you covered that. Sorry.

What did he tweet that was bad about Boston? He was calling America a cruel place because Boston was attacked? He's not blaming Boston.

He is calling America a cruel place because what has happened IN BOSTON!

And you say
quote:

He's not blaming Boston.

TM7 will not be drafted be NE. They have cut all everything veterans who weren't well suited for their environment. Guess what, he's not what they want on their team with all the baggage and tweeting and other bs he constantly causes around him.

The Honey Badger hates America but loves ESPN and making money. Isn't ESPN an American company owned by a majority of American stockholders and ran by an American board.

Soooo confused
