It's 100% on the coach to instill a culture into the program to have these guys ready to play game in and game out. Games like we saw tonight are completely unacceptable for a coach in his 4th year with returning players like Smart, Days and Watford.
I love me some Will Wade, but this kind of shite can't happen if he wants to take this program to the next level. This is year 4 of his rebuild and he's done a great job getting us to the upper tier of the conference. However, expectations are changing and he needs to make the changes necessary to meet those expectations if he wants to continue to get the fan support that he wants.
