the team is improving every year. Perhaps it's just getting more talented players, does it matter??
'we didn't get it to a big at the end' watch the replay; they weren't presenting a safe enough pass to themselves often sliding off picks and such .
just give em a chance without all the BS. we ARE going to the tournament

I admire your optimism, I really do. I'm a positiger myself. However, this loss hurts that much more since we lost to the worst three teams in the conference. we are far from a lock

Put the alcohol down.....We've had tournament talent this year and last year, and we probably will go to the NIT again....this is ridiculous. If Jones didn't have the 2 recruits he has coming in next year, he probably wouldn't be getting a fourth year. This is pathetic.

We win most of the rest of our games, were in. I think Johnny is a great coach but our guard play is horrendous. Gray is below average and Tim is about average. To beat a Kentucky team this talented, it's takes great guard play and bigs that can match bigs down low. I think Martin and Mickey did a great job tonight but just came up short. I also think this loss keeps one of the two here next year and we have an unbelievable run with Simmons next year. Especially with Blakeney coming in to provide great guard play who takes care of the ball and also can shoot the contested three. Don't get discouraged tiger fans. LSU basketballs future is bright and you best believe JJ can get it done. Not saying he's the greatest mind in college basketball but he can recruit and in college basketball that's 90% of the battle. I believe we make the tourney this year by the skin of our teeth, make the second round and keep one of our bigs. To top off a great recruiting year for LSU basketball, I think we definitely can make a run next year and one that will solidify a top spot in the SEC for years to come. Geaux Tigers!

What do you predict LSU does in the last 7 games? 5-2 would put them just below what many said before conference started that lsu had to achieve to get a bid. That's 5-2 against the top half of the conference after going 6-4 against the bottom half of the conference before the Kentucky game.
I hope you are right, but 3 losses in the last 4 games stings.

We will have to win some games in the SEC tournament. If we are not able to, going to the tournament is pointless anyway.
The fans do have to score more points lol.
This was a good loss. Cause it is about improving; hence, that game had tons of tiny little life's lessons

And you don't think this can change? I like this team a lot but we've still got plenty of opportunities to blow.
JJ has got to find a way to close out games and get his guys to perform to the final buzzer.

Nobody should be pissed that LSU lost last night. That Kentucky team is better in every possible way than LSU.

No last 2 minute plans to win game. 6 seconds is not long but I thought it was the wrong play called. Should have gone inside to Micky & scored or got fouled & gone to over time.
