Delpit is an incredible player for us and it shows on that fake FG.

He rushes the kick at first and immediately sniffs out the fake. As he's about to tackle the runner he first looks behind him to see if there's a potential receiver he can throw it to and sees we have a player covering him. Then he charges in to make the tackle.

He's very aware of what's going on and doesn't get confused.

He's such a smart player

Some things can’t be taught. The kid just gets it.

Everything you said about him is true. Happy to have him for another year. The best part, he's not done with 2018.

If he starts ripping balls out of receivers and returners hands I will swear he is Tyrann 2.0.

Delpit seems more aware, and his play making skills are just below Tyrann.

Can he return punts?

He has some of the best football instincts I've ever seen.

Case in point: leads team in sacks... and INTs.

That's crazy.

One of those rare guys who has elite athleticism mixed with a brain geared towards football that always puts him in the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing. I’d like to see him with about 10-15 more pounds.

I like CEH and Brossette but neither guy has breakaway speed and I don’t dog Giles as much as most regarding all his fair catch affinity but there have been more than 1 instance where I think he had opportunities to gain return yardage. My only concern is that his injury potential goes way up as a returner.
