The downer about beating Bama...

We may have to face them a second time in the Play-offs. That would be a challenge to say the least.

We ain’t making the playoffs no matter what. Look forward to going 9-3 and auburn and bama beating the breaks off Georgia. If that happens we may get an at large bid to a big bowl. No way to over come Troy. One loss bama deserves it anyway.

There is no downside to beating Bama. And as for meeting them in the playoffs, that possibility requires so many peculiarities to happen that it's best not to seriously discuss it now.

No peculiarities at all. Alabama has to lose THREE regular season games to not make the playoffs this year or any year.
UGA can go undefeated, beat Alabama in the SECCG and have to beat them again to win a NC. Same with anyone from the SEC.
