If Les was winning with Saban's recruits, isn't Saban winning with Shula's recruits? and let's not forget that Saban is the guy that turned down a chance to get Drew Brees with the Dolphins!

Les needs to study Saban's behaviors, particularly on the sidelines, as well as his ability to make adjustments at half-time, and organizational skills. Then he needs to replicate them, if he is able.

Well actually if you want to look at it that way, Les took Saban's 9-3 team and worked them into back to back 11-2 teams. The whole thing about it being someone elses players means SQUAT. No matter who recruited them, the current coach had to teach and coach them.
