The basketball crowd is truly baffling

We have the loudest football fans in America
We have the craziest baseball fans in all of College Baseball
Even gymnastics gets rowdy.
Yet here we have a defending SEC Champion Basketball team, thats playing the #10 team for a share of the conference lead. The second most exciting sport in America, and half the lower bowl doesn’t even get out of their seat after a Williams Dunk or Manning 3.
I mean what gives? Place used to be rocking during the Dale era

The demographics of LSU’s student body just don’t equate to a passionate basketball fanbase. College basketball in general isn’t what it used to be.

Yep it was crazy then. Not sure what is going on but something has to be done with the configuration. Get the energy on the sidelines.

I don’t know because I’m not there but it’s so much quieter than recent LSU road games at Auburn or Alabama on tv.

I think if Wade sticks around and gets the things he needs to build a program then it will happen at some point build definitely upgrades to the Assembly and definite reconfiguration of fan locations.
