Bump she’s live.
Allegations against her are silly
Appears to be thriving through SEC getting injunction from blocking the meeting they are having Thursday. No one has tried to block it.
Talked about the two separate issues of kicking LSU out
Issues with State courts are the bait and switch and inconsistent rulings.
No one says they can’t follow their own rules
She hasn’t been served with the lawsuit yet. Needs to find AL lawyers to file on her behalf and the unreasonable response time for pleadings.
Where is the jurisdiction? Talks about admittance.

The first time she was on Scone she said that the SEC wasn't a separate entity from the member schools so it couldn't sue.

Talked about SEC changing rules after player decisions were made.
Talked about Bond obligations
Talked about the NIL contracts that companies expect players to play this season.
Enforcing rules: just went nuclear no other options.
Players having finical implications. The SEC presidents didn’t think of players making money with original rules.
You’re not just penalizing the School.
