That's the thing, that's not the rule. Its not that you have to move out of the way. The rule is that you can't move into the way to get hit.

That was horseshite and bullshite. He was getting hit. He absorbed it without extending his elbow. And he got hit within the fricking batters box

Since we might be playing Coastal Carolina, a team that specializes in being hit by pitch, we should be happy they are making these calls.

Definitely. But the rule doesn't state that the batter has to attempt to get out of the way.
