mediocre offense at $ 1.5MM a year
I know many here will blame O for everything, but there is a reason why this coach is usually only around 1 year and no one has fought to keep him.

Compared to the last 12yrs of ace and power-I formations?
Were the o-line shifts just a gimic? Yes. WR shifts? Probably. But for the most part they worked. Plus, how can you say he had a fair chance coming in to a group of players that were groomed for the ace and I-formations. IMO, no way he had time to implement his entire playbook.
