I was really hoping to see him another year

So happy for him. Well earned and his final 2 games made his some $$$$$$ so best to strike while you're fresh in their minds

When you had seniors, how many starters have we lost

We return 3 (or 3.5) on offense:
Chase
Marshall
Deculus
(0.5) Ingram because of rotating with Magee?
We return 5 on defense:
Shelvin
Logan
Stingley
Stevens
Vincent
Farrell was not a starter technically but was leading tackler on DL and he's back as well. Maybe call that 5.5?

I wasn't expecting much of anything from him when he transferred over and he played a tremendous role in our magical season.
Congrats to Thad.

Is Deculus returning for sure? I have not seen anything official.

I feel like he'll be a later pick. 4th-6th.

There was nothing left to prove, IMHO.
The risk was extremely great for Jefferson and Moss, particularly. Any drop off (while completely understandable) in 2020 could cost them in the pocketbook - not to mention the risk of injury.
Not quite as bad as it is for a running back, but bad enough to say, "Congrats to Thad Moss - be a great one in the NFL like your pop."

TM made the right decision. After sitting out a year with an injury, it showed him how fleeting getting into the NFL could be. Saints in round 2 or 3.
