$250 million dollar venue set to open this month in Arlington. Next to Texas Rangers Statium. If you are looking for a place to go. Bars, restaurants, entertainment.

Will be nice for sporting events. But outside of that, who goes to Arlington?

I think that is why they built it. Nothing for people to do when going to a game. Eating places is mostly quickie food it looks like. We are going to see Better Than Ezra Saturday night, just to have something to do. Yes I am old ??

This is true. Downtown Ft Worth is much better to hang out in than Dallas.

There’s a reason why there is a shortage of successful establishments out there now. Because you can’t support successful businesses with only seasonal business. But by all means, dump more money in the area. I’m sure it will work this time.

was when it opened, not so much anymore, while I am against taxpayer subsidized playgrounds for wealthy team owners and their overpaid, undereducated, temporary employees, at least the new place will be air conditioned, went to a game there a couple of weeks ago and I swear I had a heat stroke, told the old lady I was done with that park in the summer time unless we are in a suite

You do realize 8 football games and 82 baseball games a year won’t keep an entertainment complex in business right?
