They have it down to a science. Looking at the replay of the game, you can see lineman grabbing the up jerseys of Tyler Shelvin, Glen Logan,k'lavon Chaisson and #52 was holding R.Lawrence

Well the rule of thumb against a dominant D-line is hold till they throw the flag, and they certainly did that. Hahaha

and the only logical response is to wear jerseys that show separation when being held, to heck with the jerseys that might as well be painted on

It was working very well for them..reach inside grab a hold of the jersey and twist... worked to a T...

Allowed to hold for 3 1/2 quarters until they actually started throwing LSU defenders down. It was frustrating watching it all game.

We need to equip our guys with a taser vest or something.

They were holding as bad as bama does last night. Idk why LSU gets perpetually fricked by this.

And if they throw an early flag/s, could be game changer

If you keep your hands inside, they'll allow some holding.

They teach them to keep them close. As long as there’s no separation then they won’t ever call it.

That left tackle was holding on every play regardless of who he was blocking. Every replay I saw he was up to his forearm almost inside our guys jersey. That shite was ridiculous.

I noticed this as well.
They got away with it most of the game.
They had some blatant tackles go uncalled though.. until the 4th Q.

LSU is the only college football team that doesn't hold.

Great response. Pull away with hands raised anytime your jersey is held. If they don't turn loose, obvious jersey stretching will be spotted. This technique should be mastered before we play Bama.

Should a team actually coach this and then use it as long as the refs are allowing it? Then if they are calling it, tell the team it's off.??

Need to start flopping.

You can grab the front of the jersey

Our OL just let guys fly straight in, every game. Maybe they need to learn this technique. Because Alabama is going to use it.
