It was a good win, but if there a bowl game that makes one want to just stay home and watch the game then this is it.

1. Almost zero replays on the big monitors. Especially after big plays and penalties.
2. Texas tech biased announcers
3. Texas Tech biased officiating
4. Liquor sales shut down at HALFTIME!

I will say that the Texas Tech fans were a fun group though

1. i can understand

2. you were in the crowd, you don't know what the announcers sounded like

3. no it wasn't, quit sounding so cliche

4. I remember my first game in an NFL venue, also should have got you a little rum runner pouch and bought you a sprite and mixed one up for the 2nd half, then again, not everyone is a pro

Agreed I was pissed I couldn't get a beer with 7 minutes left in the third but whatever. Atmosphere was amazing in the lower bowl actually had a big game feel. Both sets of fans were great.

2. I Think he meant PA announcers. Anytime they made a first down or scored a TD the dude had an orgasm on the mic.

Not anymore than he did for LSU.

I thought it was an amazing atmosphere for a pretty mediocre bowl. The fanbases were into it. LSU fans stayed the whole game. There was a good roar on the last Fourth down stand at the goal line.

Of course, I was in a suite so my experience may have been different.

I'm not a poor, so I don't mind paying for a mixed drink or cold beer. They stopped at halftime. Unacceptable and unusual for NRG as they usually stop after the 3rd quarter.

LOL

The inferiority complex on here is amazing. ('bama envy?) The PA announcer called the first downs the same..both ways. Geez.

* Your "injured" defensive players....they gonna' be OK? Several went down at critical times in the game. Conditioning? TECH offensive players too rough?

They don't have to be Big 12 to be biased. "Let's keep it fair boys".
I could be wrong on some calls though as we had No F'ing replays on the monitor.

Also, Texas Tech fans are complete up classy pieces of shite! They boo every time somebody got hurt just because of their stupid pathetic high tempo offense which LSU shut down anyway

Your QB was making our boys run their asses off. There may have been some of the game slowing going on, but I doubt we take some of our best players out like Adams and Key to slow down the game. Most I think were legit cramping, etc.

Now all the tortillas on the field was bullshite

Club level- I prefer to watch the game in my seat. Not by the concessions

Any insight as to why only D players get hurt....after big plays and the offense is at the line, ready to run another one?

* Hope the lads all recover.

I was at the LSU - Wisc game there and I did not remember that being an issue. One thing they did that I don't see elsewhere is they keep the team stats up on the scoreboard while updating player stats too.

WOW.

You'd think kids from a similar climate, playin' indoors would be better conditioned.

HINT: drink water or, pickle juice. Helps with the "cramping".

They did the same thing for lsu, but LSU doesn't do that first down cheer

That's another LSU first down didn't get the same reaction

And they showed replays when there was time. It was an up tempo game

Watching on TV, I don't recall any blatant or obvious bad calls either way. Almost every penalty the TV crew replayed and showed it to the audience.
