How about reversing the NIL situation and ANY PLAYER using the LSU name in any way must pay LSU a fee.so Jayden could not list the school he won the Heisman for if he wants to play games.

So, you want to charge ex-players, who could be great ambassadors for upcoming recruits, for the ability to use "LSU", therefore neutering any possibility of them using images of their time at LSU in a positive light?

They already have that. It’s called copyright/trademark. It’s just that universities don’t act petty about it with former players.
