Normal gump behavior! I have lived here for 35 years. If La. doesn't prosecute this dude,we are no better than the gumps.

They are trying the case in the public....prob should shut up now. That's enough.

He's going to be popular in Angola.

If they had videos of all the shootings they'd be pursuing them first.

"The 18-year-old victim was never physically harmed and, in fact, was so intoxicated that he would have had no recollection of the incident, but for a video posted online," the lawyers wrote.
So now it's ok to date rape a chick as long as she doesn't get pregnant or injured, can't remember it, and you don't post the video online. Nice job counselor.

Well, this guy made the wrong decision, so now it's time to pay consequences for it.
Again, I don't think anybody is disagreeing with this sentiment. The guy has already lost his job and deserves some community service/probation and I wouldn't argue with a short stint in the slammer. But multiple years in prison? Give me a break. That's completely ridiculous.

+1
For those seeking max punishment, how long do you think he should be in jail for?

Ask yourself this questions....What if the person getting balls rubbed all over them was your son or daughter? Would you want the Tea Bagger prosecuted?
Posted on 1/27/12 at 9:38 am to blaine159
Who says he shouldn't be prosecuted?
Posted on 1/27/12 at 9:40 am to LSUKAT
The ridiculousness lies with the dumb Gump who committed a felony on video....freakin' idiot!

You ppl are stupid. Being prosecuted and being labeled a sex offender are two different things. Who said he shouldn't be prosecuted?
This guy should be in the same category as a rapist, pedophile.... NO. If that's the case they need to change the categorization of sex offenders.

Any competent defense attorney would have kept their mouths shut and had no comment. These lawyers have made it much worse for their client, because now they have challenged the prosecutor and the presiding judge publically. Not a smart move at all.
The fact that the victim was unconscious means nothing. What about girls that are raped when they are drugged or passed out? A poor defense while admitting guilt. Very dumb move defense lawyer.

Correct, not only challenging the prosecutor and judge, but also the NOPD. For the life of me I can't understand what these lawyers were thinking, except perhaps seeing their own names in the new.

It would be more of disservice to ignore crimes with clear video evidence. This isn't about fandom, it's about the video.

Funny all the Bama fans defending this guy. They were all over a thread yesterday on the SECRant. They realize it reflects poorly on their fanbase along with Updyke yet they defend or criticize the teabagger's arrest. Strange folk in Gumpland.

I hope this goes to trial...would be epic if the entire jury pool showed up for selection with lsu gear on.

They're yats. It's just kinda how they are, you know, full of themselves. Before anyone jumps my arse I married one so it's okay for me to talk about them like that.
