Sorry if you don't like the sentencing guidelines for someone convicted of sexual assault...but I'm quite sure you understand that the, just the same, the teabagger PUT HIMSELF IN THAT POSITION and NEEDS TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIS DECISION to commit sexual assault.

The reason why LSU fans are up in arms is because a BAMA guy did it and LSU lost to Bama, lets be honest. I bet if a local New Orleans thug did that nobody would care. And believe me if a LSU fan did that to a Bama guy half you would think it was funny.
The guy don't deserve to be labeled as a sex offender or shouldn't have to do jail time, the man already lost his job what more do people want??? Oh yeah I forgot, he's a bama fan and they just spanked LSU's arse. As I type this I'm pretty sure there's a shooting, assault, rape, etc going on in NOLA right now, shoot em up bang bang.

If it was just everyday tourists in the quarter involved in this I'm sure there wouldn't be the up roar on this board. However,that doesn't change the fact that the Bama guy broke the law. I'm guessing that if he's 33 years old and a college grad holding a job making less than $30,000 per year, teabagging a passed-out drunk probably isn't the first poor decision this dude has made in his life. For what it's worth, I think the attorneys are more arrogant than the Teabagger. The Mid City attorneys on this case passed the bar 2 and 3 years ago which means they are younger than Teabagger (unless they put off going to law school.) No self respecting established attorney (in life and law practice) would touch this case unless his name was (whoever's on the back of your yellow pages)
