The points they get...for example a first place vote would be 25 pts, 2nd place is 24, et.c until 25th equals 1 point. The points are compiled and the poll is released.
So for the example of Louisville with their 4 points, somebody could have voted them 21st, or 4 people could have voted them 25, or any combination in between.
