mos def Jambalaya. I also like the liquid nutrition offered by a bloody mary. I like it more for breakfast, but it works well for lunch too.

jambalaya, of course, is always a good dish of mine. i like to bbq some leg quarters and cook a slab of spare ribs too. and a squirrel gravy once during squirrel season.

Grilled Boudin as a po-boy with spicy mustard is always one of my favorites. Zapps on the side never hurts.
Gumbo once it gets cooler.

best tailgating food that i have ever seen was at last years LSU/Fl game. the people tailgating by us had a full alligator on a grill.

Manda's Green Onion sausage poboys, fried oyster poyboys and fried catfish/redfish w/ homemade hushpuppies were always something we did. And some 5 alarm chili when it gets cooler.

Dove breast wrapped with bacon and a jalapeno stuffed in the middle and grilled. Nothing like 1st game on opening day of Dove season.

Those guys deserved some kind of ribbon. They should have given the head to Mike just before the UF players walked out of the locker room.

i lived in alpharetta before coming down to LSU for college. the milton area to be exact. We seldom ever found boudin in the stores but did occasionally!

jambalaya is my first, but gumbo on a cold night at tiger stadium is a close second.
