Not really a problem. The way the team has played the last couple years the crowd thins out by the end of the 3rd. So it may not be as bad as you think.

I am for setting up the checkpoints, I'd venture to say 35%+ of fans driving are drunk after the games, and should not be driving. If anything, it will make traffic faster because morons driving drunk will not happen as much and they'll wait to leave until they are sober.
