I guess considering these games are being played on the west coast and Stanford already lost, the officials are going to try and please the crowd by helping Cal any chance they get. the last thing that west coast crowd wants to see is two lower ranked teams from the south come into their area and beat their teams.

Free throws and possession calls when the ball goes out of bounds. I think every dead ball has been given to Cal. Two LSU girls are in position for a rebound, one Cal girl jumps over the back to knock the rebound away, and the refs give the ball to Cal. Men referees are smarter about this. The LSU girls wouldn't knock the ball out on their own. So either the Cal girl hit it, or fouled an LSU player to make them lose possession. Good refs just give the ball to the team in position, and that way a foul doesn't have to be called. These women refs are ignoring the foul and giving the ball to Cal because a LSU player touched it last.
