Your big men are 6’6” & 6’7” and present absolutely no threat from the outside. That’s a problem.

The front end players are decent but hardly superstars. Usually a deeper team would supplement that but early substitution patterns show their are likely 4-5 guys on scholarship that will not give much at all this year to this team

An overrated 5 star and wasn't able to convince his two best players (Waters and Reid) to return. Any good coach would have made sure he had a couple of bigs and at least one point guard who can handle the ball.

Will Wade is more overrated than Coach O was underrated.

They’re young, the seasons young. Give the man time.
