He certainly seemed like he developed since the start of last year?
Maybe I am Naive but i feel like he is doing a bit better this year than he did last year? Maybe he snuck into some Ohio State practices over the summer.

Are you an idiot? Last time I checked Burrow didn't have a great year last year and this year he is on top of the football world... I would call that developing moron.

This should be #3. and yes LSU has something to do with Burrows development. But most comes from already being elite, and working with personal QB developers in the offseason.
