Ya know, yeah there were a bunch of bs calls and they got lucky on alot of stuff. But we still lost and crying about it isn't going to do anything except give them something to point and laugh at.

They won't be pointing and laughing when Skip Bertman is appointed interim commissioner of the SEC after Slive tenders his resignation.

All of the people I met in Tuscaloosa, friends and people I had just met alike, say they got away with a big one. So I disagree with the point and laugh thing. There was actually some respect there, it seemed.

I agree.. it was actually very interesting in Tuscaloosa. It is one of the only times in my life going to SEC away games where LSU loses that there was hardly any taunting of LSU fans after the game.
They knew we played well and got robbed of an opportunity to possibly end their undefeated season.

How can you possibly say that? The guy was pushed off balance abd trying not to fall down and he's supposed to tackle an SEC starting receiver at full speed. Give him a break. Besides, it doesn't matter whether or not he "should" have made the play. That should have been flagged and the TD called back.

Video evidence shows otherwise, FWIW.
No it doesn't....but then again, you don't know what "control and possession" mean as it relates to the rule book, now do you? FWIW

I have no problem admitting when I am wrong. This was one of the few plays I was upset about that I did not rewatch as my son was dumping out cherrios on the floor at the moment. I have already deleted my version of the game so what was Trindon lifted up by? I did not have the ability to go back and rewatch the play? Could you post a clip of it and I will gladly retract my accusation if I am wrong.
and I assure you the deangelo petterson call was wrong. I did rewatch it multiple times yesterday. the very next play he cought a pass for big yardage but the call was still wrong.

He had control when his left foot was down.

these guys need to be suspended. slive needs to step up and do something to instill confidence in the officiating. it has gone on long enough.

One foot down, and make a football move. Video evidence shows he did that.

The tackler was grabassing at the ball as Trindon was going down. After he was down, the tackler swiped up, for whatever reason. Then again, players do shite to try and show off. Bottom line is he did not grab his FM. You can go to the SEC digital network and watch it there.
What and when did the Patterson play occur?

Is there anyone who doesn't love this team anymore than they did before this game after this GD BS?
BS brings us together.
BS brings us together.

TriumphTiger and HiddenFlask...
Added those photos. Thanks... I didn't even know about that facemask...when did that happen? I was watching the game at a bar in Tuscaloosa next to campus, so I didn't catch everything. They had 6 or 7 huge projector screens with the game on, but I was pretty intoxicated, lol.

Ironically, as much as this whole deal sucks, it kind of "rallies the troops" so to speak. It's us (us being LSU) against the world mentality, and I like it.

No it doesn't. His left foot was off the ground before he "made a football move"...I'll use your term. But, you're the same guy who posts a "6 yds from a 5 yd penalty" when the evidence is clear that was not the case. You are the same guy who posts still pictures which do not give a full and accurate view of the play. IOW, you post what you want it to be; not what it is.
There are enough controversial plays without making up shite.
