Does the winner have to receive the majority of votes, or just the largest plurality? Or do they vote their top three and they count down the list until a winner receives a majority?
The reason I ask is that while I doubt TM7 could win outright, I could see where he would be the 2nd choice for a lot of voters.

Yes, I think its a point system, where the most First place vote getter can lose, if he's passed on points from the total.

Yep, Tebow had the most 1st place votes the year Bradford won it.
eta: It wasn't a large margin. 309 to 300.
