So what can I do if I am trying to use gf's 2 tickets for me and 2 friends.
I have my ticket and extra ticket, and her 2 tickets.
I can use my extra for another friend, and her extra for the other friend. But she's not going, so can I sell the extra one to help pay for my ticket?
Basically, how do they prove it's you using the ticket at Cowboy's Stadium come gametime? It seems like all you would have to do is prove you are the one picking them up but no way of knowing after.

They can't. Once you pick them up they are just regular tickets

So did they send out regular season home ticket requests for students today too or just away game tickets? Also how long do we have to order the tickets?

You could let your grandma use the ticket as far as I know. They have never tried to identify me as an LSU student or affiliate at my 4 away game experiences. They just want the ticket. The Oregon game ticket seating will be based off of priority points, so be careful if your GF doesn't have as many points as you. If there is a big difference you may get lower deck and she may get upper deck. There's no telling that until the tickets are already issued though.
Having said that, please don't bring in some prick to our student section. We don't want or deserve some one who isn't supportive or representing LSU well, especially when other students would love to be there.

They don't. Ticket office used to try and stop this by doing pickups the day of the game so the student had to travel all the way to the game so the chance of resale was small.
That caused a few problems so they just started giving them out just a few days before so you really could only resell within the LSU community and not on stubhub, ebay, etc.

Jesus H Christ !!! If you people are STUDENTS at LSU...WHY on earth do you not inquire DIRECTLY with the LSU ticket office, about ALL these questions ?

I'm not! Actually my gf isn't coming, it's just going to be me and my 2 roomies who went to Atlanta for N. Carolina last year. Just trying to keep the tradition alive

That's what I said I'm not a student and havn't been since I graduated in 06! That hasn't stopped me from sitting in the student section and going into most of the away game student tickets going on my tenth streight year. (02-11)
That's why I asked if the home tickets can be ordered yet. How long do we have for those plus the away tickets?
