Cox Sports (Cox Cable) is the only Video in Lafayette, BR and N.O. ESPN3 is blacked out. I don't know how they block out internet, but they apparently can. No Geaux Zone video either. It's cox cable or nothing.

They are showing the Atlanta Reginal on TV here in Jackson, but it isnt blacked out on ESPN 3 They are not showing the LA reginal and it is blacked out..
