Very rusty but you can see the potential. Very limited pitch count. Just what you would expect from his first outing. I would have liked to have seen him pitch the 2nd. They took him out just when he was settling down. He will be fine.

Stortz looked liked someone that had not pitched in a while. However, his fastball ran in on righties. his slider had as sharp a break as you will see.

Potential through the roof. But he has to put it together, or it does not mean anything.
