i don't like the idea of blitzing newton, esp on every play. he has proven to me that he is extremely elusive and if he alludes the first rush, it's bye, bye and 6 pts.

One thing we've done well this year is show blitz and then either not bring it or only bring one extra. I want to see some of that, too, in the hope that big Cam will be a little quick to "beat the blitz" and maybe throw one right to one of our guys.

Need a big game from the DT's. So many of those running lanes against Arkansas were created when Auburn was able to seal the DT's. I'd like to see the beast that is Drake Nevis caving in some of those holes so that Cam is running up the butts of his blockers. Once he has to stop, the speed of our D should make it hard for him to get going again.

A lot of people are saying K Shep can't handle Newton. Yes there is a huge size difference but I would put kevlin and newton on the same athletic ability level. We won't win this game with just K Shep spying on Newton. In a 1 on 1 match up K shep would get burned and trucked. We're going to have to use a 3-4 or maybe a 4-2-5. Cover 1 will help keep some DB's down low, but the game plan has to respect the rest of auburns play makers
