Yeah, because they've consistently had better coaching. Bear was better than mediocre Charlie Mac and Saban is better than Miles. But Bama has no inherent advantages over LSU. When LSU has better coaching, we beat Bama more often than not (see first half of the last decade).

Way to root for LSU to fail.
Personally, I can't wait for LSU to win multiple NC's in a short time period - like Bama is right now - so that the Miles' era is viewed as a period of serial underachievement.

Les Miles may not make the greatest coaching decisions, but he has kept us neck and neck with Alabama these past 2 years.

I am not the one on here demanding perfection. I am not the one on here saying bcs championship or bust.
If you are not perfect in anything you do, you cannot demand it out of someone else.
I will say it again, if you are perfect and as good as you expect the program to be, take your money to TAF and make it happen captain.

They just came off of probation and beat ur beloved saban 31-0 in tiger stadium.
Alabama is also smack in the middle of sec country. Distance isnt a factor to any recruits to the east or west of them. Sure texas is closer to us, but not georgia, florida and the carolinas. They are also closer to texas and louisiana than any of the eastern schools. that is an advantage.
