Funny how they say this yet an SEC team that is 5th in the SEC East is currently beating ACC Atlantic best right now.

Later tonight the SEC East will also play the ACC Coastal best. It would be kind of sad if one of our divisions handles another BCS conferences best.

Exactly. South Carolina is manhandling Clemson, and I think Georgia beat Georiga Tech as well.

No, its not. From top to bottom the conference is average/mediocre. Honestly some of you people are so biased to try and prop up the SEC its ridiculous.

Vandy is horrible, yet stayed with several SEC teams this year.

Ole Miss played no one OOC.

MSU lost to everyone decent they played OOC.

UGA lost to an average OSU team and beat a shitty ASU team.

LSU's best OOC win is a 3-7 UW team (probably end up 4-8).

South Carolina beat a shitty NC State, but is putting it on Clemson (still not a great team cause the ACC sucks.

UF's best OOC? Florida State who is 6-5 if they win today.

Tennessee lost to fricking UCLA that is 6-5 AT HOME!

UK's best win OOC? UL that is horrible and they barely beat them.

Auburn and Bama so far are the only ones who played teams worth a damn and they won against WVU and Va Tech, but both aren't very good teams, but are above average.

"Postseason - Who cares about a silly BCS Championship? "

THIS!!! Except they don't want a playoff system for the same reason: we dominate the rest of the country.

I hate that damn "Team SEC" mentality. Its LSU, not SEC.

Are you really banking on our conference strength based on wins against the ACC? Really?

The ACC is horrible. Duke! DUKE!! Duke was in contention for the championship game. Boston College which is completely rebuilding was too.

The ACC is horrible!!!! Ga Tech is the best team and is already 2-0 against the SEC with blowout wins.

I hate it. It's just a way to try and justify how shitty a team is. To defend LSU losing to an average team like Ole Miss people claim how great/strong the SEC is.

There are two ways that teams become competitive and shitty teams play competitive and even beat top teams.

One is you somehow get some great influx of teams improving by leaps and bounds, and the other is the better teams getting worse. This season is the case of both.

Even Bama is garbage in my opinion compared to top SEC teams from earlier in the decade like UGA, LSU, UF in 2006.

The fact is that the SEC is not what it was and never was what people made it out to be, but it was overall the top conference.

Run down the same thing for the Pac 10 for me.

Oregon lost to Boise.
Arizona lost to Iowa, who isn't that good. I don't care if they were undefeated.
Stanford lost to Wake Forest.
Oregon State lost to Cincinnati at home. The Pac 10 runner up should beat the Big East runner up at home.

USC beat Ohio State, and UCLA beat Tennessee. Those are two good wins. But still, the SEC should dominate in bowl games. It is a very tough conference. Why do you think Bama and Florida have been tested all season long by these "mediocre" SEC teams.

Did I say the Pac 10 was better? No.

And your list is utterly stupid. Cinci is the reigning champion and current leader in the Big East 11-0. Not a bad team to lose to.

Oregon lost to an undefeated team, wow. Boise isn't great, but they are good for one game, especially on that shitty blue turf.

USC beat the Big Ten Champ AT tOSU with a freshman QB.

Iowa beat an Arizona team early on and Iowa may not be that great to you, but they are #2 in the Big Ten and 9-2.

The only WTF game is Stanford and they lost EARLY by a TD across the country on the road to Wake Forest.

ONE bad loss and you think that knocks down their strength? Are they better than the SEC? No, but its not much difference IMO.
