Below are the national recruiting ranking averages for the Power 5 schools, Notre Dame and BYU over the last five classes according to 247Sports Team Composite rankings and each team's record over the last five seasons. Obviously, this doesn't take into account attrition. However, with a five-year window in place, this should be considered relatively even across the conference.

Yeah, I know, you think Athlon thinks LSU has the 6th best roster 40% of that based on the 2014 and 2015 classes which had nothing left at LSU.

Sooooo pretty much, LSU was predicted to be average on offense and good on defense.

They were bad on offense and great on defense.

In other words, par for the course going back to 2014, regardless of coach.

I'm almost certain that it was due to some guy putting down Miles to prop up the defensive line coach.

Show me the link that says LSU had the 7th best OFFENSIVE talent. We know they had all Americans on defense that propped up the aggregate number. Show me the offensive numbers.

No, it started with the "but Miles was doing as good as O do why did we fire him" whining from you, I believe.

It's what you do in every one of these threads

Then you cry about it

More than likely. That seems to be the recent trend.

Which explains why a few are trying so hard to put down Miles being at Kansas.

Just sort of ironic how so many of them say, "Miles is gone, move on. Cut the cord.... blah blah" then here they are bringing him up.
