This is one reason I hate looking at stats.

While thiS stat is true, you can't put a value on his toughness and what he has brought to the table.

Kid is running like he wants to hurt someone.

This reminds me of SFP's Keiland vs. Hester threads from 2007.

Stats are for use in arguments by losers who never played ball.

There is only one RB in the SEC that I would rather have over Ware. Ware is special. He is running into a brick wall most of the time since the defenses know LSU will run the ball.

So wait, you're an LSU fan now? Is that what the emoticon is supposed to make me believe?

I've always been an LSU fan, before I was a ULL fan. I graduated from ULL so yes I will support them.

Surprising based on your other thread.

It would be nice if Ware wasn't running against 8 or 9 man boxes.

I still have season tickets for LSU, but I like to support ULL as well.

Honestly, most of my ULL posts are just setting bait for fun.

Stats generally ring pretty true. I'll bet GM's and agents use them a lot. Im willing to bet coaches use them from time to time.

I'll bet Spencer's ypc in the secnod half is pretty strong.

When I get in the UL,ULL, or university of louisiana arguements over what ULL should call itself its mostly just for entertainment.

Those threads are always good for a few laughs.

This is true. The tive on first downs is good for 1 or 2 yards a lot of times.

Ever since he trucked matt elam in the florida game he's been on another level.

Who cares? 4.0 ypc is a good average against SEC defenses.

When you run the same plays over and over, even when they are not working your avg. is going to drop.

because everyone knows that YPC is the only stat to accurately judge the effectiveness of a running back. It's why Stevan Ridley went undrafted and is out of football all together.
