And OP's most interesting point is that the negative posters use rude tactics to run off anyone who dares to be positive...

So we're sitting in a thread where this is happening:

quote:

Lol...you are going to be frustrated here because many who post are just plain stupid.

They usually have shitty lives in person. This is all they got

This board, as well as the OT, have devolved passed negativity

Absolutely.

It's definitely a symptom of an illness in modern society.

Negative news headlines attrac far more clicks than positive. People love their negativity.

quote:

I’ve come to the realization that some people are just assholes, and act big and bad over a message board.

quote:

I agree. It’s quite hilarious to see how the assholes have thoroughly convinced themselves they’re just “realists.”

Positivity will not be tolerated...

You don't know these people for the most part. Typically, it's one side that is way more negative on people than the other side. This happens in every single thread. Honestly, I don't know why, and it is kind of sad but most of the people who claim to be "positive" attack the other side far, far more often. And attack them personally frequently.

A lot of negative posters are like liberals. They are only happy when they are unhappy and miserable

Most of the time I'm just posting it to watch you mental midgets get worked up. It's no more complicated than that.

You can't say anything positive without being called a pumper,

That's not how it goes down.

Something positive is said, then inevitably someone brings up a comment about how "negatigers" won't agree with it. Some guys love to bait criticism then cry about it.

I actually feel the same way!
I don't even read certain posters, because I'm not going to let some chump on a message board sway my decision. It's tiresome digging through all the trash to find info.

Please show me in this thread where someone made a disparaging comment about "positive" people.

I would rather deal with negative posters than the "rah rah" posters who believe that no one associated with LSU can ever do anything wrong

Wait...this is coming from a person who has been constantly negative towards Will Wade, and who makes every excuse in the world for why JJ should still be the basketball coach? Get out of here with this shite.

I wouldn't bother. This guy is as delusional as it gets. You don't even need to look further than this thread to see it. He has certain posters he constantly calls names. He made a negative remark about me in this thread, and in the same post he agreed with what I said. Nothing he says should be taken seriously here.

How is having 2 degrees and season tickets to 3 sports "relevant content" to negative posters?

It's relevant for positive posters.
