Concern for what? Doing their job.
Most top paid college football coaches make money for their school that in turn is used to improve the education of student athletes and other students. Many of those student athletes come to college underprivileged and leave with a college degree or the means to earn a living playing football.
Imagine if Congress did their job that well.

Would these be the same members of Congress that get paid $174k a year and 20 yrs. later they’re worth 30 million?

Congress needs to figure out a way to be an ethical, effective, productive, and a financially responsible politician. Don't worry about what college coaches are making.
