Some Lawyer Please Help Me Out Here

What if Kiffin and other LSU officials did encourage players to sue the SEC and NCAA? I always thought that the right to file a lawsuit for almost any reason is pretty much protected and inviolable. How could Kiffin and LSU be legally punished for this?

They have lawyers on x saying lsu should be in contempt due to the TRO.
