This is absolutely what it needs to be. The upper decks are where crowd noise doesn't have a large impact anyway. Make it "premium" seating, but different than the current suites. Keep the tickets cheap, spread them out and make them comfortable, put a bar up there, and offer paid bottle service from hot chicks. Make your money in the upper decks off booze and concessions rather than ticket prices

Sight lines need to be addressed, especially first 10 rows. And for seats that are just too high I agree it needs go be converted into some type of club or party deck

Anyone know when they are announcing stadium upgrades based on the survey they sent out last year?
