Hey fatsquash! Info I got was she and her fam was butt hurt about how she was being used at Stanford, the man the breakup with her BF, then the transfer. I heard it was allowed because of an injury. So GFU

I can handle it. Nice to see her play telling people to stfu. Who know, had she not gotten thrown out going for a triple, she'd have that 2nd automatic run I got laughed at posting yesterday

I don't think it is necessarily "posting good things about Dawson". I think everyone in here wants Nicky to be the best she can possibly be. Yet, let's be patient and let her get there. She has had some great moments this weekend and her speed is fantastic. Clearly, Coach Torina feels as she just needs a little more time to get ready.
I have always felt the best players will play for Torina. For example, Thornhill who started numerous games last season is currently having to watch for Aliyah Andrews, who has looked great as well. Last season, she moved an All-American SS in Bianka Bell to 3B for Serrett.
Dawson's time will come and she will be tough when it does, but for the first weekend of the season....chill.

You will get drummed on here posting about her. Her daddy poo, Dawson, watches this. Board religiously. And I think he and Dobson are, well, you can imagine. They tight! Well, one of them is anyway.

Fair enough. If she sticks with struggling hitters and fielder's all season over her and other capable players this year, then something is up.

Maybe so, I just do not feel as the first weekend is the time to freak out about it. I understand the hype and I feel as she is going to be unbelievable, but for now, let's see what happens first.

No doubt. It is really difficult to triple down the left field line on this level. Plus she hit a laser that got to the wall quickly. I think that was a glimpse of what she brings to the table. She was literally an inch or two from pulling that off.
Hopefully we see more of what we saw tonight. We had some really good at bats and the freshman are as good as advertised. Springfield, Doyle, Andrews and Dawson should all be huge contributors.

Beth Torina is by far the best thing to happen to LSU softball. I'm pretty sure she knows her team a lot better than you do. How much coaching experience do you have? PlayStation and Xbox don't count. Neither does rec or travel softball. I'm talking major college softball coaching experience.
You went through your same tirade last year during softball season. Were you kicked off the team or something?

Look, I love this program. I have since its reinstatement in 1997. I hope they win every game. Love all the players and coaches. Just think they make some bone head decisions sometimes. And I think they are related to outside influences. Thats all. Geaux Lady Tigers!
