What's happening with this club? Have they lost all confidence? Were they overrated? Even the most die hard softball fans have to be surprised and disappointed. Maybe my expectations were too high? Unexpected.

It's baffling that's for sure, if i had to guess maybe they feel the pressure of last season and it's getting to them.

That run down situation with Kloss was embarrassing, didn't look like they knew what to do.
If it was me, I'd get the reserves out there, if not in the field, at least batting. Kraemer is a pretty good hitter, i would put her out there.
Also, yes, coaching issues. Leaving Hoover in there far too long. I think she was shocked when Beth took her out, but it was just not a good night for her. Smith, on the other hand, looked very, very good.
