Doyle pops up every single at bat. I don’t remember the last time I saw her hit a deep fly ball OUT. Not even a hit.

That is my issue with Beth....too loyal to veterans and not is what is good for the team sometimes.
Seems like its the same all the time with Doyle. Do we have a hitting coach to work with her....as I recall she was pretty good as a freshman.

I don’t think Abrams is ready defensively to play 2nd base yet. We are very thin in the infield so hopefully Tidwell is back soon.

I have seen Abrams in practice backing Pleasants up at SS. Shame if her D is that bad, her pop at the plate had me super excited this fall.

Yea. 4 years seeing really good pitching and batting 7th. Like you said she was pretty good as a freshman. A batting coach to work with her? Who knows if the coach didn't fiddle around and messed her up.

Torina is chatty today with the umpire, she is usually always pretty quiet and laid back. Must be a big issue for her to go out and say something.
