That was short lived. I was there for it. Stayed for the entire game. Watched them celebrating like they had won the NC. They spent way too much time celebrating. The next day, 18-4, we were having the real celebration. Barrett’s Barleycorn, till 1am in the morning. Got to bed about 2:30am. Wide awake at 7am. With 4 1/2 hours sleep, I drove back to Houston, Tx. Man what a great trip! A 775 mile trip home, with 4 1/2 hours sleep!

We were outside for a bit but were mostly in the bar area. At least from what I remember and the pics help me recall.

Our group was hitting shots. I was hanging with the ESPN Sports writer for the Saints. All enjoyed the party that night. Hanny was doing some celebrating, as was everyone. Great time to be a Tiger Fan! Spent 12 days up there, told the family, I’d be home when they lost. Worth the trip!
